How do I register an account for Lab Associates webshop?

Please request an account by filling the “Request an account” form and make sure to fill out all your company’s information. You will later receive an activation email with a link to set-up your password.

How long will it take until my account is activated?

It will take about 1 working day for your account to be set up and activated.

Our company already has an account but I would like to register for an extra one. Is it possible?

We only accept one account per company.

Shopping & Ordering
I can't see the prices of some products.

Some of our products are customizable products and the pricing therefore will be different with each customer depending on what solution they are looking for. For those products, please send us a quotation request.

I can’t find the products I am looking for.

Our webshop includes a selection of our product assortment. Therefore, as long as it is a plant tissue culture and seed breeding related product, we can find it for you. Kindly write us an email at info@labassociates.com or fill in a contact form.

How can I quickly order multiple products?

We have this nifty function called “Order by SKU”. If you already have your product code /SKU, simply fill it in along with your desired quantity and click “Add to cart”. This function will be visible after logging in.

Payment, shipping and delivery
Why can I not pay immediately after placing order?

Shipping cost is not yet included in your order. We will manually calculate the most economical shipping price and update it in your order. After the shipping cost is updated, you will receive an order confirmation email including payment information.

 

How can I make payment?

Your payment method will be indicated in the order confirmation email.

How will my order be delivered?

Delivery time and shipping method are dependent on products and purchased quantity. We will provide you will our best estimation in the order confirmation email.
