The ‘Leaf Carrier’ growth racks distinguish themselves by a minimum layer thickness (9 mm) and maximum load-bearing capacity for each shelf. The LEDs are integrated into the shelves and create a minimum amount of heat. Therefore, the layers can be close together, optimizing the cultivation surface per m² in your growth rooms, and allowing you to cultivate several thousand plantlets per rack.

Optimal cultivation surface per m² in growth rooms
Each growth rack provides up to 15m2 of growth space per m2 of floor space (depending on the number of layers).

Optimize spectrum for your varieties
The standard light spectrum is shown in the image gallery. However, custom light spectrums are possible upon request. Lab Associates is more than happy to advise you on a spectrum for your specific varieties.
Uniform light distribution
Correct placement of the LEDs and a clever structure of the diffuse panels ensure uniform lighting throughout the whole layer for uniform growth of your plantlets.
Low heat creation between the layers
Highly efficient LEDs produce very low heat, and therefore it doesn’t affect the optimal growing conditions for your plantlets, while the smart placement of led lighting minimizes hot spots to protect your plantlets from burning even if they are close to the LED panel.
Minimalistic, functional, robust, and hygienic design
The Leaf Carrier has wheels for easy movement, and it features robust metal construction with internal cable routing and an integrated power supply unit. The minimalistic design of the LED panels, the wiring, and the frame makes them very easy to connect, clean, move and maintain.
Controllability of the racks with a mobile app
The ‘Leaf Carrier’ growth racks come with Smart Technology which centralizes the growth rack's control via a smartphone app. Lighting schedule and intensities can be controlled flexibly down to rack-level and layer-level.
