The LA-Carousel media dispenser is a compact, fully automated system designed to handle the entire dispensing and closing process of your culture vessels with just a single command. It is the perfect fit for small to medium sized production facilities looking to eliminate tedious manual labor, maximize production, and minimize operator handling risks without taking up too much laboratory floor space.

Contamination control & cleanliness
- Walk-in laminar airflow cabinet: The entire filling and closing area is housed inside a laminar airflow environment to keep the workspace clean and contamination-free.
System connectivity
- Media preparator connection: Designed to connect directly to your Lab Associates media preparator for a seamless, automated and fluid transfer.
- No autoclave compatibility: Please note this system is built to link with LA media preparators and cannot be connected to an autoclave/mediaclave.
Modular extensions & add-ons
- Robot tray picking module: Can be extended with a robotic module that automatically places trays of filled cups directly into trolley racks.
- Inline printer: Prints batch information directly on the side of the vessels after filling, with optional alcohol-resistant ink.
- Side table: Integrated additional working space on the left side of the dispenser for opening bags or handling materials.
- Oil-free air compressor: Available with an included buffer tank if your laboratory's current air supply needs an extension.
- Remote assistance: Features a remote VPN connection that allows for fast, direct technical service and troubleshooting.
- Height adjustment: Configured for a single cup type with adjustable settings for different heights
